With the blessings of our beloved Bhagawan , 25th year Avatarhood Declaration day was celebrated at Sri Sathya Sai Nivas, Perambur, Chennai Metro North with a grand Balvikas rally on Sunday 13th October, 2019.
The National Vice President of the organisation and Convenor, Sri Sathya Sai Trust, Tamilnadu graced the occasion.
The rally commenced with Veda chanting and Bhajans at Sai Nivas by Veda and Bhajan group Chennai Metro North and Band boys of Sundaram.
Beginning on a grand note, there was a procession of a huge aesthetically decorated Swami’s portrait dancing on the shoulders of the Sai youth which glided through the streets of Perambur locality.
During the course of the procession cultural and traditional dances like Durga dance, Krishna dance and Kolattam (the traditional dance of Tamilnadu performed using sticks in hand), along with Oyilattam, Mayilattam and Karagattam were performed by the Balvikas children at few spots of the locale. These dances were performed by the Balvikas children of the neighbourhood samithi as well.
Devotees participated in the rally in large numbers and received Bhagawan’s blessings
The event concluded with Maha Mangala Aarthi.
